#TeamTrees trees will help reestablish a sustainable water supply through protecting and replanting around springs and rivers, restoring habitat for wildlife, stabilizing steep slopes prone to landslides, and securing livelihoods.
The ambitious goal was to plant 20 million trees, something they couldn’t do on their own. With the help of the Arbor Day Foundation, a single dollar donated to #TeamTrees meant one tree would be planted somewhere in the world. All trees funded through #TeamTrees will be planted by December of 2021.
